After a myriad of jobs from age 14, travelling most states of Australia, Geoff Baldwin's 12 year military career in the elite Australian Army SAS Regiment, was curtailed in the 1980's when he was seriously injured in a helicopter accident.

He began his real estate career in 1986. During his 23 years in Real Estate, Geoff has reached the highest pinnacle in sales (Western Australia's top 3% for 10 years straight). He then went on to excel as a manager and as a respected leader.

He began his real estate career with Roy Weston and, after leaving the Group for a short period to operate as an independent, he returned after accepting the appointment of CEO in June 2001.

In five years at the helm Geoff guided that Group from 31 to 51 offices, increasing its sales staff by 40 percent and importantly, its turnover by more than 100 percent.

Geoff has a passionate focus on getting the job done through a different, sometimes controversial but always highly professional and ethical approach.  A respected leader, trainer and industry spokesman, his approach may challenge many long standing real estate conventions however the value of his methods is borne out by the continuing success he shares with his team and enjoys personally.
